I love that finally with a little bit of tweaking, make-up, hair styled I have a photo that I love… I feel special and very woman. BUT be aware this is shop dressing, I have NO curls, generally have no makeup on and walk around a very natural looking woman. But hey, who doesn’t like a little glamour every now and then.

(I was someone who needed to do it a few times til I got it) I took time to retreat and realise, let go of the superwoman piece then spent a year sitting and meditating. Finishing with a journey through India giving money away to the Monks and Nuns who have fled Tibet. It was the year of Sit, SIT, STAY, the woman who sat on a cushion for a year (someone described me as that recently) …

I let go of everything I knew was true about what I wanted. I WAS DONE with what I had created and stopped pretending.

A life coach by any other name … working with people who are treading the same pathway I was, people who are hard up against themselves wanting it to be different. AND honey if you are looking for someone who will let you get away with this pretending stuff you have been doing (which is why you are in this spot right?) WE are NOT going to make into happy ever after. BUT call me anyway, I might be able to suggest else to fill your dance card …
